• With all original tags and packaging
  

Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on pin code and courier availability.

We do not offer exchanges for:

• Incorrect orders placed by mistake
  
• Clearance or limited edition drops

We only accept returns if the product delivered is:

• Damaged
  
• Defective
  
• Incorrect from what was ordered
  

Returns are not accepted for:

• Size preference (exchange available instead)
  
• Change of mind
  
• Delays by courier or external factors
  
• Products that have been worn or washed
  

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, or before processing begins.

Once manufacturing or packing has started, cancellation isn’t possible.

Prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed window will be refunded to the original payment mode.
